How we got here
Tracy's dad bought the commercial side of a local cleaning company and built it into GrimeBusters. He ran it for eight years, until his health made that impossible. We always meant to take the business over one day.
Many in Springfield remember Sparkle & Shine Cleaning. GrimeBusters grew directly from that trusted brand when our family took on the commercial side of the business. He passed the torch to us - Tracy and Rochelle Slater - and we intend to be worth the hand-off.

How pricing works
We price room by room, not by square footage.
You could have a 3,000 square foot building and only want 1,500 of it cleaned. We're not going to charge you for 3,000. If a room stays locked, it isn't in your estimate.

A written estimate based on what we saw. Most new spaces start with one deep clean to bring things up to our standard. After that it's maintenance, at a lower rate.
We get to work
We clean on your schedule and invoice once a month, whatever the frequency. If something needs adjusting, we adjust it.
